Questions we actually get
Short answers, no fine print games. If yours isn't here, message us on Discord or Telegram.
Why is it this cheap?
Discord charges a different price for the same item in different countries. We buy through Discord's regional pricing, legally, and pass most of the difference on to you. Same item, same official gift link, a lot less money.
Is this legit?
Every item is bought in Discord's own shop and sent as an official Discord gift link. You claim it inside Discord yourself. We never ask for your password, token or login.
How long does it take?
Most gift links land in your inbox a few minutes after your payment confirms. If a lot of orders come in at once, your order page shows where you are in line.
How do I claim my gift?
Open the gift link while you're logged in to Discord and tap Claim. It works once, for one account, so don't share it before you've claimed it. Claim it within 48 hours: Discord gift links expire after that.
How can I pay?
With Binance Pay, from your CheapCord balance, or with crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, TRON, Toncoin, BNB and many more coins. You pay right on your order page, no new tab and no account needed.
What are the fees?
Binance Pay has no network fee, and neither does paying from your balance. Crypto adds a flat 2% processing fee, shown before you pay, with no extra fixed charge. That is cheaper than before on small orders. Your own exchange or wallet may still charge to send coins, so pick a low-fee coin like USDT on TRON or Polygon, or Litecoin.
How do I pay with Binance?
Pick Binance Pay at checkout, open the Binance app, go to Pay, scan the code or paste the Pay ID, and send the exact amount shown. We confirm it by itself, usually within a minute. If you sent a different amount, paste the Order ID from your Binance receipt on your order page and we match it.
Do you accept Binance Pay?
Yes. Binance Pay is one of our payment methods, next to crypto and your CheapCord balance. It has no network fee, there is no wallet address to copy, and you can use it to top up your balance too. The step-by-step guide is at cheapcord.com/articles/how-to-pay-with-binance.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
More than 100 coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, TRON, Toncoin and BNB, on the network of your choice. Choose Pay with Crypto, pick your coin on the order page, and send the exact amount shown. The guide is at cheapcord.com/articles/how-to-pay-with-crypto.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, once it is paid and the gift link hasn't arrived 30 minutes later. Open your order page and press Cancel order. The money for the gifts that didn't arrive goes straight to your CheapCord balance, and you can spend it on anything in the shop. If you paid from your balance you get it back the same way.
What if something goes wrong?
If we can't buy your item, we retry. If it still doesn't work, a real person picks it up, and you either get your gift or your money back as store credit. Your order page always shows where things stand.
I paid a little less than the invoice. What now?
A payment up to 2% short of the total still counts as paid. With Binance, up to 10% extra is fine too, and the extra goes to your balance when you're signed in. Anything further off, we'll hold the order and sort it out with you by email.
Do I need an account?
No. Your email is enough. The order page link in your email is your receipt and shows your gift links.
Can I trust you guys?
Honestly, every store says yes to this one. We'd rather show you than tell you. Start with one cheap decoration and judge us on that.
