We keep your email, your orders, and the payment reference needed to deliver and support them. Your cart lives in your browser until you check out.

We never ask for your Discord password or token, and we never see them. If you log in with Discord, we keep your Discord ID, username and avatar, and a login token that lets our bot add you back to the CheapCord server before it sends your gift links.

To run the shop and improve it, we record pages viewed on this site with the visitor's country (worked out from the IP address), device type and the site that sent them. For visitors who aren't logged in, the IP address itself is not stored.

For logged-in customers and for orders, we keep the IP address, country, device and browser, and the site you first came from. We use this to prevent fraud, help with support, and suggest items you may like. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Our payment providers see what they need to process a crypto payment. For Binance Pay, we see the details of the transfer you send to us (amount, time and order ID), never your Binance login. Emails are sent through our email provider.

To have your account or email removed, write to support from that address. Records of paid orders may be kept as long as bookkeeping rules require.
