Refunds
What happens if something doesn't arrive, and what can't be undone.

If we can't deliver your item, you get your money back as store credit for another item, or we sort out a refund with you through support.
You can also cancel a paid order yourself. If the gift link hasn't arrived 30 minutes after payment, press Cancel order on your order page and the money for the undelivered gifts goes to your CheapCord balance straight away.
02What can't be refunded(link to this section)
Delivered gift links can't be refunded: a link can't be taken back once it's in your hands.
03Short payments(link to this section)
An order that is more than 2% short of its total is not delivered. Contact support and we'll settle the difference or refund what arrived, minus any network or processing fees.
