CheapCord sells Discord Shop items delivered as official Discord gift links. By paying you agree to these terms.

Each gift link is delivered to the email you enter at checkout and shown on your order page. A gift link works once, for one Discord account. Once a link is claimed it can't be reissued.

Discord gift links expire 48 hours after delivery, so claim yours within 48 hours. If a link expires before you claim it, contact support and we'll try to replace it. A replacement isn't guaranteed: we can only reissue a gift while we still have access to the purchase it came from.

Payments are made with Binance Pay or cryptocurrency. Crypto payments add a 2% processing fee, shown before you pay. Binance Pay and balance payments have no fee. Send the exact amount shown, in the coin and on the network you chose: coins sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in a different coin can't be recovered by us.

A payment up to 2% short of the total still counts as paid. Anything further short is not treated as paid until it's resolved with support. For Binance Pay, we also accept up to 10% extra and add it to your CheapCord balance when you're signed in.

If we can't deliver an item you paid for, we refund it as store credit, or by arrangement with support. You can also cancel a paid order yourself once 30 minutes have passed without the gift link arriving: the money for the undelivered gifts goes to your CheapCord balance.

Fraudulent payments or abuse void any claim to delivery or refund.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. Item names and art belong to their owners.

We are not responsible if Discord changes or removes an item, or takes platform-wide action that affects it.
