Is CheapCord safe? How we protect you and your account

Cheap prices make people careful, and that's smart. Here's exactly how CheapCord works, so you can decide for yourself.

You never share your Discord password or token

We will never ask for your Discord password, your token or a login code. Not on the site, not in support, not in DMs. If someone claiming to be us asks for one, it isn't us.

You can log in to CheapCord with a link sent to your email. If you choose Continue with Discord, Discord only shares your username and email address with us.

You get an official Discord gift link

Every order is delivered as a normal discord.com/gifts/... link. You open it in Discord and press Claim, the same way you'd claim a gift from a friend. The item goes onto your own account, and nobody else ever touches it.

The items are legally obtained

Discord sets different prices in different countries. Every item is legally obtained through Discord's regional pricing, and we pass most of the difference on to you. More on that here.

Payments are handled by a payment company

Crypto payments are handled by an established payment provider, and Binance Pay transfers are matched against our own payment history. Every order has a live page with its exact amount and status. We never see your Binance or exchange login, or your wallet.

Reviews come from real buyers

Every review on our reviews page comes from someone who placed an order and received their gift link. You can also read and write reviews about us on Trustpilot.

If something goes wrong

If we can't deliver your item, you get your money back as store credit for another item, or we sort out a refund with you through support. See our refund policy.

Real people answer

Questions before you buy? Message us through the chat on our support page, by email at support@cheapcord.com, on Discord or on Telegram.

One tip: our staff will never DM you first asking for payment or your login. If that happens, it's a scam. Report it to us.
